About Time Out X :
Time Out X Website is an e-commerce website providing activewear for men, women, and children. It belongs to Time Out X, Dubai which is an Activewear shop on wheels, established in 2022, founded by Mr. Salem BinMaskin, an Emirati who is a fitness fanatic himself.
The ‘Terms of Use’ (“Terms”) govern ‘your’ use (“End-User”) of www.timeoutx.ae and any of its app or sub-domains (“Time Out X Website”) owned and operated by Time Out X Dubai (represented hereby as “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using www.timeoutx.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any of these terms, it is advisable to not use the “Time Out X Website”
These Terms should be carefully read and understood by the “end-user”. It is understood that before proceeding with any order or activity on “Time Out X Website”, the end-user has agreed to the terms of use listed by Time Out X on “Time Out X Website”. It is also understood that the end-user has agreed to and accepted the terms mentioned on the Privacy and Cookie Policy page.
These Terms of Use include limitations of liability, choice of forum for dispute provisions, and other provisions that may limit your (“End-User”) rights.
Time Out X (www.timeoutx.ae) holds the right to make any amendments to these Terms of Use at any time, or such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on “Time Out X Website”. It is advisable you (“End-User”) review the current Terms of Use before using the “Time Out X Website”.
- Time Out X Website (and any of its app or sub-domain or tool) Use:
The End-User may use the Time Out X Website (www.timeoutx.ae) for personal, non-commercial purposes only to purchase activewear. Any commercial use of the Time Out X Website or its contents is not allowed and/or will require written consent from the Time Out X Website’s owner Time Out X, Dubai, signed and stamped by Mr. Salem BinMaskin.
The End-User must not use the Time Out X Website in any way that violates the applicable laws in UAE, infringes upon the rights of others, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Time Out X Website. Time Out X, Dubai holds the right to take legal action against you if proven that the end-user has damaged the website code and made it unusable. The End-User may not use any automated means, such as robots or data mining tools, to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Time Out X Website without prior written consent from the Time Out X Website’s owner Time Out X, Dubai, signed and stamped by Mr. Salem BinMaskin. - The accuracy of information provided by the End-User:
As a Guest User or a Registered User, The End-User must provide complete accurate, and true information about himself/herself/themselves while using the Time Out X Website. The end-user to obliged and bound by this contract to enter correct personal information while using the Time Out X Website. The End-user acknowledges and accepts that if any information he/she/they provides on the Time Out X Website is false, obsolete, expired, incomplete, or inaccurate, then we may terminate his/her/their use of the Time Out X Website.
- Intellectual Property Rights:
The content, materials, features, products, and images available on the Time Out X Website, including but not limited to logo, graphics, text, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other intellectual property rights, are the property of Time Out X, Dubai or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws as per UAE and International standards.
- User Content:
The End-User is able to submit and/or publish content on the Time Out X Website, such as comments and product reviews. By publishing on the Time Out X website, the End-User grants Time Out X, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content. Alongside, Time Out X also reserves the right to not publish, hide, modify, or delete any comment or review from the End-User that it may find damaging to the brand image and product image or as Time Out X considers suitable.
The End-User is solely responsible for the content submitted or posted. The End-User must ensure that his/her/their content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Registered Account / The End-User Account:
The Time Out X website reserves the right to accept or reject the End-User’s registration
- if the End-User provides a username and email ID that is already been taken by another user
- if the End-User provides incorrect information like address, credit or debit card information
- if the End-User impersonates another person
- if the End-User violates the intellectual property of another individual or person
- if the End-User violates the rights of another individual/user/person.
- If the End-User offends another individual by commenting, reviewing, using foul language, or defaming another user on the website and its sub-domains.
Time Out X Website does not take any responsibility if the user’s account information have been hacked or misused. The End-User’s registration details or account details are private to the End-User. The Account Information of the End-User is for Personal Use Only, and the End-User must not share this information with a third party.
By Accepting the Terms of Service mentioned on this page, the End-User takes the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of his/her/their account details.
The End-User agrees to take responsibility for any activity or purchase that has been done or made on the Time Out X Website by the End-User’s registered account.
- Limitation of Liability:
Time Out X shall not be reliable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of the Time Out X Website or its content.
- Right to Modify, Suspend, Terminate, or Pause:
Time Out X Website reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the website or its sub-domains or apps, or any part thereof, at any time without notice.
- Right to Modify Terms of Use:
Time Out X Website reserves the right to modify or update the Terms of Use from time to time. The Time Out X Website is not responsible if the End-User failed to review the most current version of the updated Terms of Use. It is the End-User’s responsibility to review the Terms of Use regularly.
- Right to Terminate the End-User Account:
Time Out X Website has the right to terminate the End-User’s Account without any notice. Time Out X Website can restrict or block the End-User from accessing the website or any of its apps or sub-domains if the End-User violates any of the terms mentioned on this page.
- Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Time Out X Website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty, either express or implied. The Time Out X Website does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Transactions or Payment Process Terms with regards to Third-Parties:
The End-User purchases the activewear products from the Time Out X Website and in return agrees to pay by cash on delivery or to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card. The Time Out X Website is an e-commerce website and like every other e-commerce site, it too uses third-party payment gateways, third-party suppliers, and third-party service providers. By accepting the Terms of Use listed in this agreement, the End-User agrees to provide/supply/enter the personal information requested by the third-party plugins for the Time Out X Website to process payment and product shipping. The End-User agrees to represent and warrant that he/she/they have the legal right to use the credit/debit card that they shall utilize for making the product purchase on Time Out X Website. Some third-party suppliers, payment gateways, or service providers shall require verification of information prior to the acknowledgment or completion of the transaction and/or product purchase on the Time Out X.
- Order Declined:
The Time Out X Website reserve the right to decline or accept the order made by the End-User on its website, thereof, in Time Out X Website’s sole discretion, even after the End-User has been charged on his/her/their credit/debit card and has received an email confirmation of the order from Time Out X Website Team.
- Currency – AED:
The activewear product prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Currency), therefore all purchases on the Time Out X Website must be made in AED by the End-User.
- Third-Party Payments:
Time Out X Website offers some third-party payment options at checkout which the End-User agrees to pay and acknowledges to have read and accepted to pay the payment charges (if any) incurred by these third parties while purchase of product(s). The End-User accepts the terms and conditions listed by these third-party payment service providers on their websites.
- Colors, Quantity, and Description of the Products on the Time Out X Website:
Time Out X tries its best to be accurate while providing color information about the colors of its activewear products, however, the actual product colors might look different from their pictures on the website, due to lighting, photography technique, and the type of device screen the End-User is using. Time Out X Website doesn’t take any responsibility for the slight difference in any product color listed on the Time Out X Website.
The Time Out X Website reserves the right to limit quantities on orders made by the End-User for the reasons it may consider appropriate for the brand.
The activewear products showcased on the website are offered in limited quantities because of limited availability, lack of stock, or due to other reasons. If any product goes out of stock on the Time Out X Website, that the End-User wishes to purchase, then he/she/they can email hello@timeoutx.ae and let the Time Out X team know of their interest in that product. Time Out X Website reserves the right to remove or put back the product(s) that has been mentioned as ‘out-of-stock’, based on the number of requests received from the other users.
The Description of the Products displayed on the Time Out. X Website is provided with maximum accuracy, however, if there is any error in the information, The End-User holds the right to exchange the product. Please read the terms and conditions of Returns and Exchanges by visiting here.
By accepting the Terms of Use Agreement, the End-user acknowledges and accepts the Returns and Exchanges Terms and Conditions mentioned in Returns and Exchanges Page.
- Shipping Date, Delays:
Time Out X Website’s acknowledgment of an order from the End-User with a confirmation email, only means that the order has been accepted by Time Out X, and it does not mean that the order has been processed or shipped. The product is dispatched based on the availability of slots for delivery. The shipping of the product may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons as listed in the Shipping and Delivery page.
By accepting the Terms of Use Agreement, the End-user acknowledges and accepts the Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions mentioned on Shipping and Delivery page.
- Order Changes and Cancellation:
The terms of Order Change and Cancellation are mentioned in the Returns and Exchanges Page.
Orders within Dubai, typically arrive within 3 to 5 days, however for other emirates in the UAE, the order might take anywhere between 3 to 7 days or as per the time slots chosen by the End-User on the website.
- Returns and Exchanges:

- Loss of Gift Card:
If the gift card is lost by the End-User or the receiver it is gifted to, then in that case, Time Out X holds no responsibility for that lost gift card and shall not provide a replacement credit for it.
