Time Out X is a Mobile Retail Store that sells activewear, sportswear, gym wear, yoga wear, running gear, sports accessories, and fitness clothing for both men and women. It also provided a limited edition capsule collection for children and casual 100% cotton signature unisex t-shirts. It is the first-of-its-kind activewear shop concept in the UAE that runs on wheels founded by an Emirati Founder – Mr. Salem BinMaskin.
Time Out X Website is the online portal where the online selling of activewear products takes place.
You can place an order in two ways:
1.Online:
Ordering online is pretty simple. Open our e-commerce website for gym wear www.timeoutx.ae . Browse the products through categories or use the search bar to save time. Select the product or products you wish to purchase. Click the “Add to the Cart” button. Once you have completed adding to the cart all items you wish to purchase, please review your cart by selecting the ‘cart/bag icon’ on the top right corner. Click Checkout and follow the process by filling in your details. Select the payment option you are comfortable with and book from the available slots of dates available that is convenient to you. You will receive a confirmation email from the client for your order.
2. By inviting Time Out X Shop on Wheels to your house/or office.
Most of our customers in UAE prefer this option because they get a chance of viewing the activewear clothes from the comfort of their homes. They can invite Time Out X Shop on Wheels to their preferred address. Once Time Out X Shop on Wheels has arrived, they can browse and check the material of fabric in person, and try them out. Our team will be there to showcase all the sportswear products we have available. The client can select the items they want to buy, and pay by card or cash instantly.
In order to invite the Time Out X – Activewear Shop on Wheels to your preferred place, you must pay a security deposit of 50 AED online while making the booking. This deposit shall be discounted from your final purchase. If you cancel the order and our trip is wasted, then we have the right to keep the 50 AED deposit with us. The security deposit is non-refundable.
Yes, there is a Mobile Retail Store for Gymwear, Sportswear, Activewear, and Athleisure in UAE which is called Time Out X. It has a little cute shop designed within a vehicle. It drives all over UAE to its customers, for them to shop activewear instantly from it, without having to visit a physical store outside their homes. It saves time and money for the customers.
Yes, Time Out X is a local brand, founded in 2022 by Mr. Salem BinMaskin, an Emirati Entrepreneur with a vision to bring innovative solutions in the fitness and lifestyle industry. Time Out X has locally designed activewear stock that has a cultural appeal to it. Different nationalities residing in UAE find Time Out X Clothes aesthetically pleasing, stylish, trendy, comfortable, and long-lasting.
We offer free delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain. No minimum order is required for these Emirates.
For Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Hatta, Al Ain, and Fujairah, we offer free delivery on a minimum order of 100 AED.
Same-Day delivery depends on the kind of order and location of the receiver. For an additional amount of 100 AED, the same delivery can be provided throughout UAE unless any unexpected circumstances arise.
You can also invite Time Out X – Activewear Shop on Wheels to your house or office for a security deposit of 50 AED, and can purchase the item within the same day. The security deposit will be discounted from your final purchase. To learn more about this please refer to Shipping and Delivery.
The arrival of your order depends on factors like location and order type. Time Out X delivers the order within 3 to 7 days across UAE free of cost if your order is above 100 AED.
Time Out X operates from Shop on Wheels. It sells from a truck that drives all over UAE. Therefore, Collecting from the Store (or picking up from the store) is not available.
Currently, Time Out X provides two payment options. Pay by card (Credit or Debit) online or Pay by Cash on Delivery.

Certainly! In a much easier way. When our Activewear Shop on Wheels comes for delivery, you can amend your order and pay instantly by cash or card, provided you are purchasing for an amount of 100 AED or more.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, due to any reason, you can easily exchange the item with another for the same amount. The exchange of item or items must take place within 7 days of the purchase. You can make an exchange request by writing to hello@timeoutx.ae . Our team will bring our mobile retail store to your doorstep for you to choose and exchange for the item you wish to return.

Time Out X does not provide refunds on items purchased but is more than happy to offer you the exchange of items for the same value if you can provide proof of purchase and request the exchange within seven days of the purchase.

Currently, Time Out X is shipping only to all Emirates in UAE. We will let you know if we start shipping outside of UAE.
At the moment, our Activewear Shop on Wheels is not equipped with a trial room but if we see a growing interest and need for a trial room from our customers in the future, we will be happy to make it available. Stay connected to know our recent developments.
Except for the items excluded as per the hygiene standards, we offer a trial on all activewear products that we sell. Invite our Activewear shop on wheels to your doorstep and try out the piece you are interested in purchasing.

We follow international standard hygiene policy when it comes to the trial of clothes by a shopper, according to which items like inner wear, sports bras, swimwear, bikini, and underwear cannot be tried by the customer before making the purchase. We suggest you read the sizes carefully, and buy one item at a time to see if it fits your body type well.
We don’t provide a click-and-collect service currently, but our activewear shop on wheels brings you a better deal. You can shop in person from the comfort of your home or office at a time that is convenient to you by inviting our shop to you.

Once the booking is accepted by the Time Out X team, the vehicle comes to your doorstep within the time slot you have selected from our booking calendar.
Time Out X tries to make every activewear product available to you that us essential of your fitness routine. However, due to any reason, if an item is out of stock, or unavailable, then you will be notified by email (after you have made your online order) about the unavailability of the item. Your order will be immediately canceled without any payment deduction from your card.
In most cases, if you choose an item that is listed or labeled as “Out of Stock” item on the Time Out X Website, then the website shall not allow you to proceed further, (the buy now or check out button will be unavailable for out of stock products).

Time Out X is known for its quality and long-lasting products that are both affordable and fashionable. Because of the unique business model (Activewear Shop on Wheels), we follow, the chances of you receiving a damaged product are rare.
But due to shipping or any other unforeseen reason, if you received an item that is damaged, please feel free to contact hello@timeoutx.ae and ask for an exchange. Our team will exchange the item for you free of cost.
You can check all the orders you made from the time you registered your account with Time Out X by visiting My Orders page under your account. Please ensure to login to your account first.
